End to U.S. sanctions?
U.S. lawmakers will "most likely" lift the trade embargo against cuba before the end of 2010. And a vote to allow all Americans to travel freely to the island could come as early as November.

* U.S. Rep. William Delahunt made the second one.
"We're building up support. We have 138 co-sponsors," Delahunt told Reuters, referring to a proposal that would allow all Americans to travel to Cuba.
