Accused spies due in court today

Accused spies Kendall Myers and his wife Gwendolyn are expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., at 9:30 a.m. today.

Magistrate Judge John M. Facciola will decide whether there's enough evidence to hold the two until they go to trial.
