Over the last few years I've noticed quite a bit of RWB in Cuba: some kind of ironic subversive commentary by the Cubanos?

It used to be taboo to wear clothing showing the American flag in Cuba, but now it's no big deal. A lot of people wear the U.S. colors for reasons of fashion, not to make a political statement.
