A truck carrying precious human cargo in Holguin
At least 25 Cubans have been killed and 45 injured in three traffic accidents in four days, the Spanish news agency EFE reports.
In an accident on Friday, the drivers were racing, Cuban police said.
Cuba has serious transportation problems and people get around however they can. Many passengers ride on the backs of trucks, giving them little protection when there are accidents.
