Facebook group wants Cuba return to Spanish roots

Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Ángel Moratinos plans to visit Cuba next week, Cuban Colada reports. He'll arrive Oct. 17. The blog says:

Diplomatic chatter is that he may visit Raúl Castro and perhaps Fidel Castro.

One topic not likely to appear on any agenda: That Cuba rejoin the Spanish Empire. That's what one Facebook group proposes.
The Movement for the Reincorporation of Cuba to Spain as an Autonomous Community has 2,057 fans.

What a wild idea.
