A Miami judge today will consider whether convicted Cuban agent Antonio Guererro will walk free again.
Guerrero was given life in prison in 2001. An appeals court last year threw out that sentence, calling it harsh. Prosecutors and Guerrero's lawyers now say they've agreed on a 20-year sentence, the Associated Press reported.
If U.S. District Judge Joan Lenard approves that, Guerrero would have another nine years to go.
That's still a long while, more than 3,000 days.
