State Department's Cuba page is out of date

We taxpayers spend about a gazillion dollars to finance the State Department, but the agency has not managed to update its website to show who runs the Office of Cuban Affairs.
As you can see from the screenshot, above, the State Department website today still showed Bisa Williams as the chief.
Williams is currently the U.S. ambassador to Niger. Ricardo Zúñiga became acting chief of Cuban Affairs after she left many moons ago. Peter Brennan replaced him in August.
