A passenger boards a Cubana flight from Havana to Cancun. Notice the sign in Russian above the man's head.
A glimpse of Aerocaribbean planes based in Havana.
On Sunday - tomorrow - I plan to write a story about aviation safety in Cuba in light of the Nov. 4 Aerocaribbean crash that killed 68 people. If anyone would like to share experiences of flying board Cubana, Aerocaribbean, Gaviota or any other Cuban planes, please feel free to send them along.
So far, I've gotten a range of perspectives, from travelers who feel perfectly safe board Cuban airliners to those who say they'd never fly a Cuban plane.
