Luis Posada Carriles scheduled to appear in court today

Thousands of pages of documents that Cuban authorities gave the FBI in 2005 has been filed as discovery information in the Luis Posada Carriles case, Cafe Fuerte reports. A hearing in the Posada Carriles case is set for today in El Paso.

Below is a Nov. 8 memo from the prosecutor outlining some of the contents of the files:
