The vote was not tallied. It was a simple "all in favor" "all opposed" sort of thing. It wouldn't have mattered. Please see my article at Havana Times for details on the many who stood up against this amendment. Although not mentioned in the article, the two California Democrats Rep. Farr and Rep. Honda also voiced opposition.
