The flower toss: An October ritual for Cuban children

Cuban children gather every Oct. 28 to remember the late Cuban rebel Camilo Cienfuegos.
Cienfuego, a key figure in the Cuban revolution, was presumed killed after the plane he was riding disappeared during a night flight from Camaguey to Havana on Oct. 28, 1959. His remains were never found.
