Tax records for four USAID grantees

Every once in a while I post the tax records of non-profit organizations that carry out democracy-promotion work in Cuba.
The U.S. Agency for International Development and the State Department spend millions of dollars on these programs, but keep secret most details about them.
IRS Form 990s provide some insight into the non-profit organizations' spending. Below are the latest available Form 990s for four of the organizations. Spending for Cuba programs is generally listed under the region,"Central America and the Caribbean."
