Accused spies due in court today

Accused spies Kendall Myers and his wife Gwendolyn are expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., at 9:30 a.m. today.
Magistrate Judge John M. Facciola will decide whether there's enough evidence to hold the two until they go to trial.
Court files list the prosecutor as Gordon Michael Harvey, whose contact information is listed below.
The Myers' defense lawyers are Bradford Berenson and Thomas Green, listed below
